Welcome to cmb8. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user and CMB8 as the platform operator. By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by cmb8, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms stated herein.

We encourage you to read this document in full, not just selected sections. Each section contains important information to ensure your experience on cmb8 runs smoothly and to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "CMB8" or "Platform" – refers to the cmb8.org website, mobile app, and all services operating under the CMB8 brand.
• "User" or "Member" – refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at cmb8.
• "Account" – refers to the personal profile registered by the user using accurate and valid information.
• "Funds" – refers to funds held in the user's account balance, including deposited funds and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus" – refers to additional funds or other benefits granted by cmb8 to users subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Game" – refers to all games available on the cmb8 platform, including slots, Live Casino, bingo, and Sports Betting.

These terms apply to all cmb8 users without exception, across all devices and access methods, whether via web browser or mobile app.

To register and use the cmb8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• There are no legal restrictions in your place of residence that prohibit the use of cmb8 services.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Has never had an account terminated at cmb8 for prior terms violations.

Each cmb8 user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the suspension or termination of all accounts involved, along with the forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is sufficient grounds for cmb8 to terminate your account at any time.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before you can make your first withdrawal. Required documents include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) – front and back
• Recent bank statement (not older than 3 months)
• Selfie holding MyKad for additional verification if required

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. CMB8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

CMB8 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods, including local bank transfers, DuitNow, and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 100,000 for standard accounts that have completed KYC.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the cmb8 account.
• Withdrawal processing takes 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• CMB8 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified amount.

CMB8 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, our team will contact you for further clarification.

All bonuses and promotions offered by cmb8 are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as stated in their respective promotion terms. The general conditions for all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, IP address, device, or household unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• CMB8 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus suspected of being obtained through improper means or system abuse.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without any compensation.
• The use of automated software or bots to fulfil rollover requirements is strictly prohibited.

CMB8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already undergoing a valid rollover.

All games available on the cmb8 platform have their own specific rules which can be viewed within the game interface. In addition to individual game rules, the following general conditions apply to all game categories:

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical malfunction confirmed by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, any affected bets will be returned to the user's account balance.
• The use of third-party software, bots, or any automated method to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• CMB8 reserves the right to void or reject any wager suspected of involving manipulation or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing. CMB8 is not liable for losses resulting from connection disruptions on the user's end.

For Sports Betting specifically, all bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. CMB8 reserves the right to void bets if there is a significant error in the published odds due to a proven technical fault.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cmb8 platform and may result in account suspension or termination along with forfeiture of all funds:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Using another person's personal information or false information during registration.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity using the cmb8 platform.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, game bugs, or technical errors for personal gain.
• Collusion or cooperation between multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including systematic bonus hunting using multiple accounts.

CMB8 is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during registration and platform use is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and handled in accordance with strict privacy policies.

Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

• Losses resulting from service disruptions caused by factors beyond cmb8's control, such as internet outages or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made by the user themselves.

CMB8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the cmb8.org website.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document for your reference.

Your continued use of the cmb8 platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration process.
